Ethereal 0.8.10 has support for syslog, X11, and OSI CLTP protocols. Ethereal supports capturing on Linux ATM interfaces. Wiretap can now read NetXRay 2.002 files. Lots of code was fixed and cleaned up in this version, and progress is still being made on converting all the dissectors in Ethereal to use "tvbuffs", which is our new (in 0.8.9) way of guarding against reading beyond the end of a frame's data while dissecting.
